We use a certified organic gluten-free flour blend. Ingredients: brown rice, buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa, tapioca starch, flaxseed, aluminum free baking powder, guar gum, xanthan gum.
Butter Alternative
This coconut oil based butter alternative is certified vegan and soy-free.
Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Vegetable Oil, Water, Modified Palm And Palmkernel Oils, Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavour, Vegetablemonoglycerides, Citric Acid, Vitamin A Palmitate, Beta-carotene, Vitamind2.



Chocolate Chips

Keto: unsweetened chocolate, erythritol, inulin, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, vanilla, cocoa butter, stevia extract, milk powder. (Lily's or Krisda brand)
Vegan/Regular: Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, natural flavor.

Egg Replacement
Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer (non-gmo) is used instead of eggs in most vegan options unless otherwise listed. Ingredients are always listed under each item. Flax can be used as an alternative upon request in most items.
