Policies & Procedures
PICK-UPS: Pick-ups are contactless, unless otherwise arranged. Your order will be ready and OUTSIDE at the time you have selected. If you arrive early, please wait until your order is placed out for pick-up. Nuez Loca is not responsible for orders that are not collected in a timely manner. Please contact directly (christena@nuezloca.com) prior to pick-up time if changes need to be made. One pick-up change is offered and must occur 24hrs prior to initial scheduled pick-up. Changes beyond this or with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $5 fee per change, which must be paid prior to pick-up. Orders not picked up for more than 3-days of initial selected pick-up date will be subject to a holding fee of $10 and disposed of after 7 days. Pick-ups are from10am-7pm (TUES-SAT) unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to placing your order. Please be aware that we are CLOSED SUNDAYS & MONDAYS.
PICK-UP LOCATION:
Online orders: Pick-up details are listed at check-out and in your confirmation e-mail. Pick-up is in Churchill/Adelaide are in Saskatoon, SK.
Custom invoices: Please find pick-up location in the drop-down menu titled "payment instructions" in your custom invoice.
If you do not receive your invoice or confirmation please check your JUNK FOLDER.
PAYMENT: Custom orders are to be paid within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive ONE payment reminder if your payment has not been received. Online manual payment is to be paid at the time of placing your order. You will not receive a payment reminder if left unpaid. All orders that are left unpaid for more than 24 hours will be automatically cancelled. Custom orders that have been cancelled due to non-payment and rescheduled will be subject to a $25 rush order fee if order if desired pick-up date occurs less than 7 days from time of payment.
REFUNDS/ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: Once you have placed your order, it is final. I am unable to make changes on orders and do not offer refunds for orders submitted incorrectly. Please be mindful of this when ordering. All orders are final sale - no refunds or exchanges. This includes orders which are scheduled and paid for and not retrieved. One pick-up day/time change is offered, more than one change will include a $5 fee per change which will be due at the time of change, prior to pick-up. Maximum 3-day hold for items not picked up or rescheduled. Items not retrieved for longer than 3 days are subject to a $10 holding fee and disposed of after 7 days.
PRICING: Prices are not negotiable & are subject to change. Food should be affordable - specialty ingredients are not always. Inflation is affecting prices and ingredients on a regular basis. Items may be discontinued for this reason or price increases may occur. Pricing is solely based on food cost + time + overheads. I work hard to find the best prices on ingredients to keep prices fair.
ORDERING: There is a minimum of 48-hour notice required for all online orders. Please note your preferred DATE and TIME of pick-up in the "order notes" at checkout. There is no 48-hour guarantee, if your order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we are able to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that we are closed Sunday and Mondays, so these days should be excluded from the 48-hour notice (ex: if you order on Saturday your order may not be available until Wednesday. Most items are made to order and require time to prepare, and more than 48 may be needed. Custom orders with less than 10-days notice are subject to a rush-order fee of $25.
